Our story begins in the heart of Brazil, where Bella passionately ran the famous Espaço Brasil restaurant in Porto Seguro-Bahia for seven memorable years. With this enriching experience, Bella decided to follow her heart and continue her culinary adventure in Switzerland.

 

Arriving in Switzerland in 2015 after getting married, Bella quickly felt the need to share her passion for Brazilian cuisine with her new community. She started modestly by preparing authentic meals for the canteen of her church in Chavannes-près-Rennes. The warm reception of his dishes by the community was the starting point of an incredible culinary adventure.

 

Its traditional Brazilian recipes, notably its simmered meat with vegetables, its tasty shrimp bobo and its incomparable feijoada, aroused great enthusiasm and quickly attracted numerous orders. Word of mouth played its part and the growing number of requests was a sign that Bella was on the path to something special.

 

With the unwavering support of her daughter and the growing demand for her authentic Brazilian cuisine, Bella made the bold decision to turn her passion into a professional business. Today, at Bella Traiteur, we are proud to offer a wide range of traditional Brazilian dishes prepared with care and love, faithful to family recipes passed down from generation to generation.
